Registration Desks The Registration desk for the Pre Conference technical workshops held on the 6th June 2001, will be located in the foyer of the D.O.I. Theatrette, 29th Floor, 80
Collins St. > Bicycle Planning and Engineering 8.15am to 9.00am > aaSIDRA 12.30pm to 1.30pm The Registration desk for the Conference Sessions to be held on the 7th and 8th June
will be located at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre, Level 4 from 8.15am.
Travel We are pleased to announce that Ansett Australia
have been appointed as the official airline for the AITPM National Conference. The Ansett Australia Conference airfare offers discounts of up to 45% off the full economy airfare. This airfare is fully refundable, offers flexibility and changes are permitted subject to seat availability. When booking travel arrangements to attend the AITPM National Conference, call Ansett Australia on 131300 and quote Masterfile No. MC06855. All travel is to be booked direct. Airport Transfers -Skybus operates 24 hours between Melbourne Airport and
the city. The service runs approximately every 30 minutes at a cost of $10 each way.

Parking Parking is available at MECC Parking (Wilson Carpark, Siddeley St) at a special discount rate of $6.60 per day which may be obtained by presenting your name badge
to the parking office.
Business Centre A Business Centre is available for use by all Conference Delegates (at cost) and is located in the adjacent Centra Hotel, Corporate Lounge.
Proceedings Delegates will receive a copy of all Conference papers.
Cancellation Policy Cancellation must be received in writing by the Conference Registrar on or before 1st May, 2001 and will be eligible for a refund (less an administration charge
of $100). Cancellations received after that date will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that substitutions can be made in writing at any time. We reserve the right to defer or amend the program at any time.
Exhibition Major organisations and suppliers will have exhibition stands and displays throughout the Conference, reflecting the role of transport in developing our

Smoking Smoking is not permitted within the venue.
Name Badges Name badges will be distributed at the Registration desks. It is essential that they be worn at all times and are a condition of entry to all Conference Sessions
and catered functions.
Companions Companions are warmly welcomed and encouraged to attend the Conference Dinner Dance as well as participate in informal social activities concurrent to the
conference sessions. Refer to the registration desk for details prior to 9.30am each morning. Melbourne climate can be quite variable so be prepared for all seasons.
